Flughafentaxi Vienna Terms & Conditions

flughafentaxivienna.atprovides services on the basis of the following terms and conditions, the service descriptions and the price lists. Deviating terms and conditions do not apply, even if flughafentaxivienna.at does not expressly contradict you. Deviations from these conditions require the express written recognition of flughafentaxivienna.atA contract is only concluded if it is confirmed by flughafentaxivienna.at.

Scope of services

The scope of services is determined exclusively according to the written order confirmation of flughafentaxivienna.at or subsidiary according to the written offer flughafentaxivienna.atInformation contained in brochures, service catalogues, price lists and similar information are only binding insofar as express reference is made to them. The transport is carried out in accordance with the provisions of the StVO and the PbefG. Passengers must follow instructions from flughafentaxivienna.at or the chauffeur. If guests act against the instructions, or if they pose a danger according to the StVO, or the safety of road traffic due to impairments of the chauffeur, flughafentaxivienna.at is entitled to exclude them from carriage. In this case, flughafentaxivienna.at charges the full fare including the fixed price or kilometer price and all ancillary and special services.

Pick up at the airport (airport transfer)

Any change in the agreed pick-up time, for whatever reason, must be communicated to flughafentaxivienna.at immediately. Damage caused by a non-immediate notification shall be borne by the customer. The waiting time for the trips from the airport is a maximum of 35 minutes. It is calculated from the moment the aircraft landed. If you need more than 35 minutes from landing to the meeting point, you must inform us in good time. flughafentaxivienna.at reserves the right to collect the waiting time from that point on. If the customer does not agree, flughafentaxivienna.at reserves the right to cancel the trip and charge the full amount of the agreed price.

Price

The prices include the statutory value added tax at the respective statutory rate. The prices valid on the day of the booking confirmation apply. Package prices not listed in the price list can only be agreed in writing and are only valid for the agreed travel date and rental period. Additional times and distances will be calculated according to the valid price list. Additional costs due to delays shall be borne by the customer, unless the delays are due to the fault of flughafentaxivienna.at or the chauffeur. The fare includes passenger transport with normal luggage; the carriage of bulky goods requires a separate agreement.

Payment terms

flughafentaxivienna.at reserves the right to charge a deposit of up to 50% of the total price before the start of the journey or to demand a blank debit receipt of a valid credit card issued on flughafentaxivienna.at before accepting an order. Final payments are due for payment within the deadlines stated on the invoice. For the timeliness of the payment, it depends on the receipt of the amount to the unconditional disposal of flughafentaxivienna.atan. In the case of payment by cheque, the claim shall only be deemed to have been paid after final full credit. Payments are always used to settle the oldest claim. If the customer is in default of payment, flughafentaxivienna.at shall charge interest at the rate of 5 percentage points above the base interest rate – subject to the assertion of further damages caused by default. For the second and each subsequent reminder € 10, – reminder fee will be charged. The customer reserves the right to prove a lower damage.

Cancellations and withdrawal

Cancellations are only effective if they are made in writing or confirmed in writing by flughafentaxivienna.at. For the timeliness of written cancellations, it depends on the access at flughafentaxivienna.atan. Cancellations up to and including 24 hours before the contractually stipulated start of the journey are free of charge. In case of cancellations, flughafentaxivienna.at charges a share of the basic fare as compensation. This proportion is:

* 50% for cancellations up to 12 hours

* 80% for cancellations up to 3 hours before the contractually agreed start of service fulfillment

* 100% for later cancellations and no-shows.

Flughafentaxivienna.at charges expenses regardless of the timeliness of cancellations if they have already been incurred. The customer is expressly permitted to prove that flughafentaxivienna.atgar no or lower damage has occurred. flughafentaxivienna.at reserves the right to withdraw from the contract in whole or in part if the customer ceases payment, becomes insolvent or can be assumed due to external circumstances that the services will be used improperly, or if the customer violates his obligation under these contractual provisions.

Obligations and liability of the customer

The customer informs flughafentaxivienna.at immediately of any change of his name, his (billing) address, his legal form and his bank details. Likewise, the customer is obliged to provide the necessary information on passengers, time and place of service provision. If the customer fails to notify us immediately, he shall be liable for damages that would have been avoided if he had been notified in good time. The customer undertakes, also on behalf of the passengers, not to misuse the services of flughafentaxivienna.at, in particular

* not to interfere with or hinder the performance of the service

* not to cause any damage

* not to violate criminal law regulations

* strictly comply with the smoking ban in the vehicle

* not to refuse to pay the fare.

If a customer violates the aforementioned obligations, flughafentaxivienna.at is entitled to take all necessary measures to eliminate the misuse. In case of culpable violation, the customer is liable to flughafentaxivienna.at for damages.

Liability of flughafentaxivienna

flughafentaxivienna.at is liable to the customer for damages - for whatever legal reason - only in case of intent or gross negligence as well as culpable violation of essential contractual obligations of flughafentaxivienna.atits legal representatives or vicarious agents. Liability for injury to life, limb or health is governed by the statutory provisions. In the event of damage to property, the liability of flughafentaxivienna.at is limited to € 1,000.00 per passenger. The vehicles are subject to a breach of liability in accordance with the applicable General Terms and Conditions of Insurance. The customer must take care of any additional insurance. flughafentaxivienna.at is not liable for missed deadlines and their economic consequences, unless these were caused by flughafentaxivienna.at. This includes, for example, delays / delays caused by:

* Traffic jams, road closures

* Vehicle breakdowns or traffic accidents

* bad weather

For damages resulting from incorrect transmission of data by the customer, flughafentaxivienna.at assumes no liability towards the customer or passenger.

Applicable law and jurisdiction

All legal relationships between flughafentaxivienna.at and its customer shall be governed exclusively by Austrian law. Place of jurisdiction and place of performance is Vienna.

partial invalidity

Should one or more of the above conditions be invalid, the remaining conditions shall remain unaffected by the invalidity. Invalid clauses shall be replaced by the statutory provisions.
